Bis jetzt immer als Preworkout genutzt oder bei Kürze workouts wo die Substrat Aufnahme begrenzt war z.B. FatMax workout auf Nüchternen Magen.

This product is amazing! I use it for an easy run, swim or a gym session. It helps me to stay hydrated throughout my trainings. Also love the light strawberry lemonade flavor.
