INFINIT is Proud to Help Support the 1st Ranger Battalion

Every Memorial Day, INFINIT teams up with a charitable organization that works to support our active servicemen and women, retired veterans, and their families. It’s an annual tradition that we are proud to continue, and this year we're excited to be teaming up with Sua Sponte Foundation to help support the Warriors and families of the 1st Ranger Battalion.

Our partnership with the Sua Sponte Foundation developed through our sponsorship with the Sua Sponte Elite Race Team. This team of scrolled US Army Rangers competes in a variety of race events across the country, from 5k to IM. The team also serves as a support system for veteran Army Rangers who want to stay active after their incredible service to our country.

Sua Sponte Foundation

The Sua Sponte Foundation (SSF) is a nonprofit organization that works to provide immediate assistance to the soldiers and families of the 1st Ranger Battalion, part of the U.S. Army’s elite 75th Ranger Regiment based out of Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA.

Sua Sponte—Latin for “of their own accord”—is the regimental motto of the 75th Ranger Regiment.

The mission of the Sua Sponte Foundation is to support the 1st Ranger Battalion through various functions, including taking care of the immediate and urgent needs of Rangers and their families during times of crisis. The foundation also maintains the 1/75 Memorial site, which was built to honor the fallen warriors of the 1st Ranger Battalion, and is also dedicated to organizing, supporting, and providing funding for events that seek to improve morale and strengthen the community within the unit.

About The 1st Ranger Battalion

The 1st Ranger Battalion is part of the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment, a Special Operations force based at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA. They are a group of highly-trained warriors from all across the country who perform highly specialized tasks, such as direct action, airfield seizure, airborne and air assaults, special reconnaissance, personnel recovery, and high-value target raids.

The Army Rangers are men of extraordinary strength, courage, and bravery. When the formation of the Ranger Battalions was ordered in 1974, it was clear that they would be the elite, setting the standards for the Army. Maintaining a code of ethics, a Ranger philosophy to live by, the Ranger Creed encompasses this philosophy and is the hallmark of the spirit, discipline, and duty of all Rangers in peace and war.

The 75th Ranger Regiment has been on continual deployment since 9/11, and to this day, they remain one of the few regiments that are still successfully destroying and capturing terrorist networks.

INFINIT and Sua Sponte Foundation: Memorial Giveback Day

Throughout Memorial Day weekend, we will be holding a Giveback Event to support the Sua Sponte Foundation. A portion of the proceeds from every order placed through INFINITNutrition.us from Wednesday, May 26th to Monday, May 31st will be donated to support the mission of SSF.

Finally, we’d like to take this time to thank the brave men and women from all branches of our military for serving our country. On this Memorial Day, we remember the American soldiers who have lost their lives in service to their country, and we also remember the ones who are actively serving and are away from their families and loved ones.
